Each step is priced on its own, credits in full toward the next, and stops whenever you have what you came for. Climbing the whole ladder costs the same as walking in the front door.
Fair question. Sometimes the answer is: do.
A Fidelity Build proves we can render your world — your terminology, your council’s rules, one of your crises, playable in a browser. What it cannot do is train anybody. One scenario teaches one decision and teaches it once, so we license it for internal review rather than for your cohort.
The training lives in the season. Four action points, five chapters, eight months: an advisor chooses which chapter gets the visit and which one waits, then meets that choice again in February when the neglected chapter needs care in the middle of a crisis. Triage under scarcity is the competency advisors actually lack, and a single scenario gives them nothing to triage.
If one competency is all you need — a crisis-response block for a two-hour academy session — buy the Scenario Module at $9,500 and keep the rest of the money. We would rather sell you the right rung than the expensive one.
One of your crises, rendered in your world. Your terminology, your council’s rules, your tone — playable start to finish so your team can judge the fit before committing further.
One competency, taught properly: a full crisis or inquiry with its follow-up beat, written debrief reasoning, a facilitator guide, and an organization-wide license.
A full academic year in your organization’s voice. Your hardest weeks as crises, the allegation that would frighten you most as an inquiry, the paperwork that has actually cost chapters money — and a year of consequences that compound into a recap an advisor has to sit with.
every rung credits in full toward the next within 12 months · reaching the top step by step costs the same $24,500 as starting there

Worth one phone call: advisor education is leadership programming, the category 501(c)(3) educational foundations exist to fund. Yours can tell you quickly whether a season qualifies.
The list price holds because the work holds. Until three organizations can say so publicly, the first three builds ship at $19,500 — in exchange for a named case study, aggregate pilot results we can publish, and permission to show your season’s crest in our work.
three founding slots · when they are gone, the list price stands
Purchase orders accepted; milestone invoices with net-30 terms; payment by card, ACH, or check. A W-9 ships with the first invoice.
A justification letter is available on request — the engine, the vertical focus, and the shipped demo make the case in a page.
A certificate of insurance is available, and every build runs under mutual NDA with a written statement of work your counsel reviews before signature.
Every build runs in modern browsers on desktop and mobile, honor reduced-motion settings, and collect zero data on individual advisors.
