Pricing

A custom advisor game from $9,500. The complete year is $24,500.

The price buys coverage, not seats. Every deployable build includes the season engine, an organization-wide internal training license, facilitator materials, and a browser link for desktop and mobile. Earlier milestones credit forward.

The Honest Version

The $4,500 Fidelity Build is a decision milestone.

Your team receives one playable crisis in its own language three weeks after kickoff.

The proof carries an internal-review license. Use it to judge voice, training value, and technical fit before approving deployable training. Stop there owing nothing further, or continue with the full $4,500 credited.

The training lives in the season. Four action points, five chapters, eight months: an advisor chooses which chapter gets the visit and which one waits, then meets that choice again in February when the neglected chapter needs care in the middle of a crisis. Triage under scarcity is the competency advisors actually lack, and a single scenario gives them nothing to triage.

If one competency is all you need — a crisis-response block for a two-hour academy session — start there at $9,500 and keep the rest of the money. We would rather sell you the right scope than the expensive one.

How A Build Starts

Two steps in. An exit at each.

1 · Concept Session — $750

Ninety minutes mapping your competency gaps to a written scope with the itemized slate. The fee credits in full toward any build within 60 days.

2 · The Fidelity Build — $4,500

The first milestone of your build, shipped as a playable proof: your hardest week, in your terminology, under your council’s rules, three weeks after kickoff. Stop here owing nothing further, or continue — every dollar credits toward the finished build either way.

The Rate Card

Priced by coverage. Arithmetic shown on purpose.

Every build ships the same season engine — the calendar, the chapters, the action-point economy, and consequences that compound from September into February. Coverage is what you buy on top of it, one competency at a time.

Worth one phone call: advisor education is leadership programming, the category 501(c)(3) educational foundations exist to fund. Yours can tell you quickly whether a season qualifies.

The Founding Cohort

Three full-year builds at $19,500, for a reason.

The list price holds because the work holds. Until three organizations can say so publicly, the first three builds ship at $19,500 — in exchange for a named case study, aggregate pilot results we can publish, and permission to show your season’s crest in our work.
